The rules that apply when you use InMatch.

Terms of Service

Welcome to InMatch, operated by MAVEIC LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using our application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree, please do not use InMatch.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use InMatch.
  • Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use InMatch for the following:

  • Posting hateful, threatening, obscene, or illegal content.
  • Harassing, bullying, or impersonating other users.
  • Uploading or sharing copyrighted or pirated content without authorization.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate features.
  • Disrupting the App’s normal operation or attempting to hack our systems.

4. User-Generated Content

InMatch has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you post (analyses, comments, images, moments, chats).
  • By posting content, you grant InMatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
  • Every post, comment, chat message, and profile can be reported in-app, and you can block any user. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
  • We remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines and may suspend or permanently ban repeat offenders.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

InMatch is free to use. We also offer one optional auto-renewable subscription (InMatch Premium) that removes ads; no other feature is locked behind it.

  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App does not cancel it.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple/Google and are subject to their respective refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The InMatch app, its design, logos, and original features are owned by MAVEIC LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Club crests, competition marks, player imagery, scores, and statistics belong to their respective owners and are used under licence or applicable rights; they remain the property of those owners.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without our written consent.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to keep InMatch available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Scores, statistics, and data are provided by third-party sources. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from user interactions or reliance on third-party data.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.
  • You may delete your account at any time at Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, where MAVEIC LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in the State of New Mexico, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of InMatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
